In a 5 quart mixing bowl and using a rubber spatula fold all ingredients together.


  • 1 cup standard hollandaise, chilled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped till soft peaks
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
