Place the cauliflower florets in the food saver bag with the brown butter, heavy cream, kosher salt and pepper. Seal the bag in the food saver removing all air and ensure the bag is sealed well. Place the sealed bag in the circulator bath at 165 degrees for 1 hour. Open the bag and place the contents in the blender, purée until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Taste the purée and adjust the salt and pepper. Serve along with your favorite meal!
